I can't believe it's week 3. Time goes by so fast. We did standing twist, simple back bends, beginners yoga, complex back bend upward facing bow, and seated twists and forward folds. Perhaps feelings and emotions might arise. When you do a training like this an intensive you might feel everything at once. Thanks yogis for making your self available and for being so RAW. You have one more week to go let the layers of the onion peel!!! Lots of love Namaste
